Doctor Dashboard/App
Challenge
To provide a platform to the doctors in order to connect, manage and send prescriptions to patients, for online consultations. We already had an app and a dashboard for this but it seemed to be very different in terms of features and look on different platforms, such as android & ios had many different set of features and had different accessibility. We aimed at improving the user experience and accessibility of the platform, so that it could increase the efficiency of doctors and quality of connectivity for both, the patient and the user.
Process
I started with researching the android, ios app and dashboard and jotted down the indifferent features in all. After this I connected with the Telehealth team(Doctors & Coaches) and the product manager to understand what all features are necessary, After understanding the use cases and doctors, I worked on user flow. I tried to gain knowledge on what are things that they are challenged to do.
Once I had researched enough, I started with user journey and empathy maps. I created wireframes and defined a design system. Then I started working on designs for the dashboard and mobile app. I created a high fidelity prototype and we tested it with doctors. In between the design process we did try A/B testing with different prototypes with different users. After the feedbacks I made a few changes. Once we all were satisfied with the iterations we pushed it under development. I stayed connected with the developers for any requirements.
